No power in the world can stand in the face of an idea whose time has come.
Tahadi for Modernity and Democracy was forged in the fire of Algeria's greatest popular uprising. We exist to permanently change the governing body of our country, establish a nation of justice and law, and break free from the stagnant political system that has dominated since Independence.
We target the demographic dividend of Algeria — its youth — as the "first brick" of national reconstruction. Our diaspora is not a loss; it is Algeria's greatest untapped resource. We are building the bridge to bring them back.

The formation of Tahadi is first and foremost encouraged by a massive outburst of the Algerian people that began in February 2019, which led to the resignation of the sitting president. Tahadi emerged as a structured response to the popular will for democratic transition.
